Dear bifiPV community,

We are honored and delighted to welcome you to the second hybrid bifiPV Workshop 2022, that will be hosted by KalyonPV on October 20th to 22nd, in Ankara, Turkey.

The two-day workshop will bring together PV researchers and manufacturers to discuss the latest developments and advancements on bifacial technology. It will involve sessions covering R&D and manufacturing along different steps of the PV value chain, including ingot, cell, and module production, testing and modelling, as well as system applications. There will also be a special session focusing on the development of PV sector in Turkey. We also expect to provide technical demonstrations, and numerous opportunities for networking with the PV experts.

The unique highlights of the workshop will be a tour of KalyonPV’s 1GW vertically integrated bifacial PERC factory; and a visit to the Karapınar Solar Power Plant, one of the largest in the world, operated by Kalyon Energy.
